Learn More About Nonk

Nonk was born in 2020 from a simple idea. Online gaming platforms in Bangladesh were plentiful, but truly trustworthy and transparent options for Bangla-speaking users were few and far between. nonk set out to fill that gap — and that mission drives us to this day.

The platform was designed with Bangladeshi users in mind. The interface is in Bangla, support is in Bangla, and payment options are the methods Bangladeshis know best — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. These details may seem small individually, but in everyday use, they make all the difference.

Our Members Are Everything to Us

Nonk's greatest strength is its members. From Dhaka to Cox's Bazar, Sylhet to Rangpur — people from every corner of the country use nonk. Their experiences, feedback, and suggestions continuously shape and improve the platform.

Every member's issue is taken seriously. Whether you're having a payment problem or feeling confused about a game, reaching out via live chat gets you a resolution within minutes. This isn't just a promise — thousands of real member experiences on nonk's review page back it up.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

Nonk believes gaming should be fun, not stressful. That's why the platform offers deposit limits, self-exclusion, and cool-off features. Anyone experiencing issues related to gaming can reach out to our Help Centre for dedicated support.

Nonk is more than a business — it's a long-term commitment to our members. As long as the people of Bangladesh place their trust in nonk, living up to that trust will always be our greatest goal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions from New Members

nonk displays odds in decimal format, which is easy to understand. If the odds are 2.00 and you place a ৳1,000 bet, a win pays out ৳2,000 — meaning your profit after staking is ৳1,000. The formula is simple: Total Payout = Stake × Odds. Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning but a bigger reward. For example, odds of 1.20 indicate a near-certain outcome, while 5.00 means a lower probability but a much larger payout. Odds vary across each market and update in real time during live matches.

In nonk's Live Casino, a real dealer sits in front of a camera and runs the game live while you watch it unfold on your screen — just like being at an actual casino. To get started: from your dashboard, select "Casino" → "Live Casino". Choose your preferred table from Roulette, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, or Dragon Tiger. Set your chip amount and place your bet. Look for tables with a Bangla-speaking dealer for a more comfortable experience. It's a good idea to start with smaller bets while you get familiar with the rules.
