Register at Nonk — Everything You Need to Know

Online gaming in Bangladesh is no longer just for a few — millions of people play and enjoy it every day. Registering at nonk means joining a community where every member is valued and a safe, transparent, and enjoyable environment is maintained for all.

Registering at nonk is entirely online and takes just 2–3 minutes. No paperwork, no office visits — simply provide accurate details, verify your mobile number, and you're ready to go.

What to know before you register

A few things to keep in mind before opening an account at nonk — so everything goes smoothly from the start:

  • Use your real name when registering — a name mismatch during KYC verification or withdrawals could cause issues down the line.
  • Use an active mobile number that can receive OTPs — changing this number later will require contacting support.
  • Enter a valid email address — password resets and important notifications will be sent there.
  • Create a strong password — mix uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Only one account per person is allowed — multiple accounts are a violation of our terms.

Keep in mind: Registering at nonk is completely free — no sign-up fee. Bonuses are only available after making a deposit.

What to Do After Registration

Once your account is created, there are a few important steps worth completing:

  • Complete your profile: Log in to your dashboard to update your name, address, and other personal details.
  • Add a payment method: Add your Mobile Pay or Nagad number to your account for easy deposits and withdrawals.
  • Set your responsible gaming limits: Set a personal budget and configure it in your settings.
  • View Promotions Page: Find the latest special offers for new members on the promotions page.
  • Meet our Live Chat: Find out where the live chat button is so you can get help quickly whenever you need it.

Start safe and play responsibly

Before you start playing at nonk, keep one thing in mind — gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. Play within your budget, never use money set aside for your family's needs, and if you ever feel like you're losing control, use nonk's responsible gaming tools right away.

Nonk wants every member to play happily and responsibly. That's why deposit limits can be set from your very first day. To learn more, visit our Responsible gaming Read the page.

Questions about registration

Answers to the 2 most common questions from new members

No — the minimum age to register at nonk is 18, without exception. This isn't just nonk's rule; it's a requirement under international gaming licensing law and is strictly enforced to protect minors. Date of birth is verified at registration, and a national ID or other government-issued document is required to confirm your age before your first withdrawal. Any account opened by someone under 18, or using a false date of birth, will be permanently closed along with all balances, and no refund will be issued. Please try registering again once you turn 18.

You have two options — a temporary break or permanent closure. For a temporary break, go to Dashboard → Settings → Responsible Gaming → Cooling-Off Period to suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 90 days. During this time, you won't be able to log in or play, but your account and balance will remain safe. To permanently close your account, email support@nonk.bet directly or let us know via live chat. You'll have the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance before the account is closed, though any bonus balance will be forfeited. Transaction records are retained for a legally required period — full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
